1. The first menstruation cycle is phase one when woman’s body get rid of the tissue. In this phase you can look get lots of blood. It is actually the mixture of blood, body cell, and also mucus. It is about 6 up to 9 table spoons of fluid that you will get in each period. The flow of the menstruation will be red or dark red, and there are some clots and clumps there.
2. The second menstrual period cycle is pre ovulation phase. In this period your body is preparing egg for the pregnancy time. When your flow is ended, your ovaries will start to prepare egg and it will be released on the fallopian tube. In the same time, the estrogen hormone will tell your uterus and it will build up endometrium.
3. The third phase is ovulation. How the menstrual cycle symptoms in this stage or phase? Te egg will move to the fallopian tube to the uterus. The endometrium will grow thicker because of the influence of progesterone hormone. It is the time when the egg is ready to be fertilized. The ovulation period will occur 14 days before the start of the next menstruation period.
4. The last stage of phase four is the premenstrual phase or stage. If you are not pregnant, the uterus will release unneeded tissue to prepare the egg. It will be different when you are pregnant. You will not face menstruation up to nine months or when you deliver your baby.

As it was said above, each of women will have different menstrual cycle. Some women have long menstrual cycle and the other women have short menstrual cycle. The menstruation cycle will be started during the puberty time or in the average age 12 years old or 13 years old. Some women get menstruation when they are 10 or 16 years old and it can be categorized as normal menstrual cycle too but if you don’t get your menstruation after your 17 years old, you better see the doctor to check your condition.
